God has given Pastor Bob the ability to teach His Word in a simple yet powerful way allowing listeners of all ages to easily learn and apply the principles of the Bible to their daily lives.

Pastor Bob has served in the ministry of Young Life and Youth Development Inc. In addition to his ministry at Horizon North County and his position as President and CEO of Horizon Prep Christian Schools, Pastor Bob currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Billy Graham School of Evangelism and is the host/ teacher on “Testify,” a daily radio program broadcast all over the United States. Pastor Bob has earned three master’s degrees (MA, MBA and MDiv) and his doctorate (DMin). He and his wife Bonnie live in San Diego with their three children- Mitchell, Annie and Matthew.
