I assist Pastor Josh in all aspects of the Finance Dept., including accounting, Human Resources, and payroll.

In one sentence describe your family status.
I am a single mom, with three lovely children, Kayla (23), Kylie (21) and Andre (17). Kylie and Andre also work in the ministry at Horizon.
In one paragraph how did you come to know Christ?
I grew up in a moderately strict Catholic home, but as I entered high school, I found that most of my good friends were Methodist, and they all enjoyed a personal relationship with Jesus, which I didn’t have. I am thankful to the Lord that my best friend, Elaine, prayed for me and I received the Lord when I was a Junior in high school. I still attended Catholic Mass, as was my parents’ wish, but after Mass, I would drive to Poplar Springs Methodist Church and attend service with my friends.
How do you unwind?
I really enjoy reading, cooking (big gourmet dinners when I have time) and petting my cat, Buddy.
