For generations before the birth of Jesus His arrival was anticipated. That same anticipation grows each year in the months leading up to Christmas. From children excited for Christmas morning to adults looking forward to gathering with friends and family. But this year, Horizon wants to make sure you don’t lose sight of the True meaning of Christmas, by inviting you to the Living Nativity.

With breathtaking scenes and dramatic recreations, the Living Nativity walks you through the birth, life, death and resurrection of the Savior, Christ the Lord. Even before you and your family experience the program, enjoy the Marketplace, from the snow hill for sledding, petting zoo to games and crafts for kids, hot chocolate, apple cider and food trucks, we guarantee this will be a highlight in your Christmas season.

Marketplace opens at 5pm and tours begin at 6pm nightly!

How To Get Involved… 3 Ways to Get Involved:

Volunteer
Whether you are ready to roll up your sleeves and help construct the sets, are pulling out your sewing machine to make the costumes, or just don’t mind getting a little paint on you, we can use your help to make this year’s Living Nativity come to life! There are also hundreds of volunteer opportunities throughout the actual event, from acting to behind the scenes production, to serving hot chocolate or helping with parking. Invite Others
From the first moment you come on campus to the final moments before you leave we pray that everything points you towards Christ. This Christmas we want to see people Won, Discipled, and Sent for Jesus, so start inviting people to come share in this experience. We’ve got flyers and other promotional materials available so grab some at church this weekend or in the church front office anytime.
